This program is designed to help you achieve optimal gut health and begin to alleviate related symptoms through nutrition and lifestyle techniques. You'll go through the 5R Approach to Gut Health (a functional medicine approach): Remove, Replace, Reinoculate, Repair, and Rebalance. Plus, you will gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of how your gut works and its connection to your overall health. Open to the public.

The Restore program can help you identify the impact food can be having on your gut and/or other symptoms. Once identified you can start to heal your gut and symptoms. The Restore program can help you identify food intolerances and sensitivities.
Yes, you can email the dietitian with questions that arise throughout the program at [email protected]. If you have detailed questions or a complicated situation, we may ask that you schedule an individual appointment.
After activating your course, you’ll have access to videos and online content for 6 months. All tools and recipes can be downloaded for your personal, future use.
Yes! All of the recipes included in this program have options to be modified to fit a Dairy-free, Gluten-free, and/or Low-FODMAP eating style. Plus, you’ll find many excellent vegetarian, pescatarian, and vegan options on the recommended food lists. So, if you don’t like, or can’t eat an ingredient, you can swap it out for something that works for you. You’re in control.
